Erika serves as the Vice President of the National Parkinson's Institute, where she is dedicated to developing innovative programs that inspire connection, creativity, and hope for individuals living with Parkinson's disease. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Louisville and is a published author whose writing focuses on resilience, advocacy, and the power of personal storytelling.

Erika also lives with a movement disorder herself, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of finding connection, purpose, and healing through shared experiences. She believes that every person has a story worth telling, and through Pages in Motion, she hopes to create a welcoming space where every voice is valued, every memory is honored, and every participant leaves knowing their story matters.

Izzy Nalley

Director of Education, Neuroplasticity Alliance

Co-Facilitator of Pages in Motion

Izzy Nalley is a business strategist, neuroscience-informed wellness practitioner, and mindfulness facilitator dedicated to helping individuals improve their well-being through evidence-based mind-body practices. She serves as Director of Education and Outreach for the Neuroplasticity Alliance, translating neuroscience and neuroplasticity research into practical tools for resilience and healthy behavior change.

With a background in exercise science, an MBA, PhD candidacy, and advanced training in yoga therapy, meditation, hypnotherapy, and behavior change, Izzy brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to wellness.

As co-facilitator of Pages in Motion, Izzy leads gentle movement, mindfulness, breathing, and relaxation practices that foster emotional well-being, creativity, and meaningful connection. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every participant feels seen, supported, and empowered.
