At SoliMar, we operate outside the insurance billing model. This allows uninterrupted time, complete attention, and a relationship built on medicine — not productivity metrics.
Telemedicine Visit — $212
Secure, private video consultations from the comfort of home. Currently our primary service modality while we finalize our in-person practice location.
New Patient In-Person Consultation — $675
Comprehensive evaluation for patients beginning their care journey. Includes full history, examination, and personalized care planning.
Follow-Up In-Person Visit — $465
Ongoing care for established patients. Focused discussion of progress, adjustments, and next steps.
Extended In-Person Consultation — $620
For established patients requiring additional time and deeper exploration. Ideal for multi-system concerns or detailed integrative strategy development.
Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life requires flexibility. We appreciate advance notice when plans change:
48 hours or more: Cancellation — full refund minus $75 administrative fee | Rescheduling — no fee
24 to under 48 hours: Cancellation — full refund minus $150 administrative fee | Rescheduling — $50 administrative fee
Less than 24 hours or no-shows: Full fee remains due
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly. As a fee-for-service practice, our focus is on your care, not third-party reimbursement requirements. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network submission at your discretion. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurer.
