Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the Teacher Monitoring & School Supervision System ("SuperVize") collects, uses, stores, and protects data gathered from educational institutions within the district. The System is designed to streamline administrative reporting, attendance tracking, and school evaluations to enhance supervision efficiency.
Information Handled: The system strictly collects official administrative data, including teacher profiles (Staff ID, name, phone, subject, attendance status) and school supervision metrics (school codes, circuit locations, performance ratings, and supervisor remarks).
Storage & Security: Data is stored locally on the active browser configuration (localStorage) for quick device retrieval and is automatically synced via secure Web APIs to district-controlled Google Sheets. Complete records resets are protected by an administrative password.
Intended Use: All collected metrics are processed solely for standard accountability operations, managing teacher distribution, and evaluating operational needs within the Ahafo Ano South East district.
Administrative Rights: Authorized personnel retain full rights to generate summaries, extract on-demand data tables, or save structured reports directly into a PDF format across any mobile device or desktop layout.
