Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply tired of trying to make life feel manageable. Maybe you’ve experienced things you never should have had to experience, and you’re wondering whether your past has changed you forever. Maybe you’re coping in ways that once helped you survive but are now getting in the way of the life you want. I believe it doesn’t have to define you. You are more than what happened to you.
With more than a decade of experience in mental health and addictions counseling, including co-occurring trauma and substance abuse, I’ve seen what happens when the past dictates the present—and I’ve seen people recover, grow, and build lives they never imagined possible. I genuinely believe people can recover. I don’t judge. Every story deserves respect and care.
My approach is experiential, individualized, and collaborative. Through psychotherapy, mindfulness, equine-assisted work, and sand tray therapy, I meet you where you are and use what works for you. My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever, but to help you build the skills and self-trust to eventually say, “I can handle this.”
