Establish a strategic collaboration with the aim of enhancing and increasing the development effectiveness of their efforts to achieve their common goals and objectives in the field of Diaspora development, particularly in the areas of advocacy, repatriation, cultural integration, mutual projects and socio-economic development.

Cooperation in areas of common concern and decide to work together towards the shared goal of matters relating to historic African Diaspora which affect the historic diaspora in repatriating back to Africa as well as Economic, Social, Cultural and Financial Development and Heritage initiatives establishing the solid foundations for Diaspora advocacy,

Functioning as a collaborative, developmental and creative entity for Africa’s cultural heritage tourism that seeks to promote and increase Diaspora business integration, visitation, prolonged stays, to foster quality stewardship of local cultural heritage assets, stimulate economic prosperity for local businesses, and enhance indigenous quality of life.

To enhance the economic and social prosperity of the Diaspora and Africa by promoting and delivering quality cultural knowledge, heritage experiences with regard to tourism, preservation of Africa heritage while respecting and protecting unique and diverse ecosystems, environments, history, lifestyles and cultures.

Strengthen partnerships cultural, history, and historic preservation, stakeholder organizations and other government agencies to foster programs which pertain to the rights and justice of the African Diaspora, such as reparations and restitution.
