ionTEK Charge Demand

On-line CD titration system:

  • Core Function: Real-time, sequenced online dissolved streaming current measurement featuring automatic titration for charge demand and a flush-cleaning cycle.

  • Design & Maintenance: Modular construction enables easy servicing and individual parts replacement.

  • Calibration Method: Utilizes a zero-point test combined with titrant concentration adjustments.

  • Operational Efficiency: Requires a minimal service interval of once per month for cleaning and titrant refilling, maximizing continuous measurement uptime.

Process Separator

Sample Separator Vessel

  • Receipt & Overflow: Accepts the incoming process sample and safely diverts any excess volume to a drain.

  • Settling Phase: A timer pauses the process sample flow to allow it to separate into distinct layers.

  • Transfer: A transfer pump draws the clarified sample out of the vessel and into the reactor.

  • Cleaning: Along with auto-flushing the vessel is easily opened to clean and service.

  • Process Measurements:

  • pH probe (pH4 to 10)

  • ORP/Redox (-1,250mv to 1,250mv)

  • Conducivity - Toroidal (0 to 10,000 uSM)
