My work

Esalen Massage
Esalen Massage is a holistic form of bodywork characterized by long, flowing strokes, mindful presence, and a deep sense of listening through the hands. The slow, connecting movements invite you to step out of habitual patterns of functioning and experience your body as a whole again.

Integrative Somatic Practicing
Integrative Somatic Practicing brings attention to what is present in the body in this moment. Sensations, breath, impulses to move, and physical responses are noticed with awareness and accompanied at their own pace.
At the heart of the practice is a curious kind of listening: What is happening right now, and what does my body need in this moment?

Systemic Coaching
Systemic coaching offers a space to explore personal questions, relationships, and recurring patterns from different perspectives. Through conversation, new connections can emerge and new possibilities for action can become accessible.
Rather than working toward a predetermined solution, the focus is on exploring together what you would like to change or develop.
About me
My relationship with the body began long before my training in bodywork and coaching. I grew up in the circus and have worked with movement, body awareness and performance since early childhood.
Over the years, this experience led me through various trainings and further education increasingly toward supporting people through body-oriented and somatic processes.
I am a trained systemic coach with a focus on traumatology, as well as an Esalen® Massage Practitioner and Integrative Somatic Practitioner. My work is also informed by experience with a range of body-oriented and somatic approaches.
Today, I bring these different experiences together in my work. Rather than focusing on one particular method, what matters most to me is meeting each person with attention and openness to what is present in the moment.
