Originally from the United Kingdom, Dr. Smyth brings an international perspective. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California, completed an M.A. in Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London, earned a second Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology, and holds a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences.


Through her practice, Living with Finesse based in California, Dr. Smyth works with driven, passionate clients who are committed to improving their mental health.
