ADAM E B STACEY

PODCAST FOUNDER, HOST, & DIRECTOR

Founder • Podcast Host • Writer • Content Creator • Mental Health Advocate • Mental Health & Addictions Counselor Student

Adam E. B. Stacey is a Canadian entrepreneur, storyteller, podcast host, writer, content creator, and mental health advocate whose work is built around one simple belief: every person has a story worth hearing.

As the founder of Lunchroom News & Entertainment and host of The Capital Perspective Podcast, Adam has created a growing media platform focused on meaningful conversations, community voices, mental health awareness, personal growth, and the issues affecting everyday people. His podcast brings together professionals, community leaders, entrepreneurs, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to have honest and often deeply personal conversations about life, wellness, society, business, and the human experience.

Adam's journey into mental health advocacy is both professional and personal. He is currently pursuing a Mental Health & Addictions Counselor Diploma, with graduation anticipated in 2027. His education has strengthened his understanding of addiction, recovery, mental health, trauma, coping strategies, peer support, and the importance of meeting people with compassion rather than judgment.

Through his media work, Adam strives to make conversations about mental health more accessible. He believes that talking openly about difficult experiences can help reduce stigma and remind people that struggling does not make them weak or alone.

His podcasting journey has evolved significantly since he began creating content, moving from local and community-focused conversations toward a broader platform exploring mental health, wellness, business, politics, culture, leadership, and the stories shaping communities across Canada and beyond. The Capital Perspective Podcast is now available across major podcast platforms and continues to expand its audience and reach.

Adam is also a writer and is developing his first self-help memoir, drawing upon personal experiences, challenges, relationships, loss, personal growth, and the lessons learned throughout his life. His goal is not simply to tell his own story, but to use storytelling as a way of encouraging others to recognize their own value and seek support when they need it.

At the heart of Adam's work is authenticity. He does not believe that meaningful conversations have to be perfect or polished. Sometimes the most important conversations are the uncomfortable ones the conversations about grief, loneliness, mental health, addiction, relationships, identity, change, failure, recovery, and starting over.

'A New Chapter'

For Adam, the next chapter is about new beginnings.
As he continues his education in mental health and addictions, grows Lunchroom News & Entertainment, develops his writing, and expands The Capital Perspective Podcast, Adam is building something larger than a media platform. He is creating a space where people can connect, share their experiences, learn from one another, and feel heard.

His philosophy is simple:

“Every story matters. Every voice deserves to be heard. And sometimes, sharing your story can help someone else find the courage to share theirs.”

Adam E. B. Stacey continues to build his work around storytelling, education, community, mental health awareness, and the belief that meaningful change often begins with one honest conversation.
