Voxiferi Studios is a division of Voxiferi Group Holdings owned by Voxiferi LLC.

Voxiferi Productions is wholly owned, without debt and is a UK trading entity comprising Voxiferi Studios, Voxiferi Publishing and iTrivium as entities. We are a media content house, podcast production and training studio, photographic studio and content agency. For avoidance of doubt all divisions are subsidiaries of Voxiferi LLC. Neither Dick Morrell or Dan File are payrolled employees.

Payments

We take secure payments from debit and credit cards in all currencies via Square/BLOX.

Acquisitions

Voxiferi LLC in June 2026 fully acquired the intellectual property, software rights and the operational licence to use the technology, the huge podcast audio archives and the analytics core created since 2012 by Dick Morrell. That server fabric, audio and core technology acquired directly at market value for the sum of $5m. That transaction disclosed in briefings and articles of incorporation while unfunded, is purposefully and openly disclosed. That outstanding sum of $5m is due for repayment during the period 2026-2031 where funds are available to facilitate that drawdown and will be reflected in our published accounts. Should Voxiferi repeat the same exit strategy as Smoothwall and Auditsec Solutions, then that sum will be repayable on top of the PE/EBITDA calculated price per optioned vested share in Voxiferi LLC by any acquiring party.
