This coaching is not a classic talk-based format.

It is a practical approach to working with your nervous system, your breath, and your perception —
with the aim of truly changing your inner state.

What It’s About

Many people function in everyday life, but internally feel constantly on edge:

  • always activated or restless

  • easily distracted

  • unable to switch off

  • physically tense

The issue is rarely a lack of discipline.
More often, it’s the lack of ability to consciously regulate one’s own state.

This is exactly where the coaching begins.

My Approach

I don’t work through conversation alone, but combine:

  • breathwork

  • body awareness

  • directed attention

  • simple, practical techniques

Step by step, you learn how to:

  • calm or activate your nervous system

  • recognize and release tension in the body

  • stabilize your focus

  • return to a clear, calm baseline state

Who This Coaching Is For

This coaching is especially for people who:

  • feel easily overwhelmed or internally restless

  • struggle with focus or concentration (e.g. ADHD)

  • spend a lot of time in their head and little in their body

  • experience stress, tension, or mental overload

  • don’t just want to talk, but want to create real change

What a Session Looks Like

Each session is individual, but usually follows a clear structure:

  • Check-in
    Where are you right now — physically and mentally?

  • Practical Work
    Breath, awareness, and simple exercises — directly experiential

  • Integration
    What has changed? What do you take with you?

  • Application in Daily Life
    Concrete tools you can apply on your own

Goal of the Coaching

This is not about “optimizing” yourself.

It’s about learning to:

  • actively influence your own state

  • move out of stress or overwhelm more quickly

  • feel more stable and clear

  • rebuild trust in your body
